Petale Skin LLC ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. All orders ship from our fulfillment facility in Fairburn, Georgia.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipment notification with tracking once your order ships.

• USPS Standard (3–7 business days): $5.95 — Free on orders over $50
• UPS Expedited (2–3 business days): $12.95
• FedEx Express (1–2 business days): $24.95 — Tracked and insured

Note: Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 2–3 additional business days for Standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your Petale Skin account.

International Shipping

At this time, Petale Skin ships within the United States only. We are working to expand to Canada, the UK, and the EU. To be notified when international shipping is available, please join our newsletter.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation date at support@petaleskin.com. Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to file a claim and will replace or refund your order at no additional cost.

Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may have already entered fulfillment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where required by law and calculated based on your shipping address. Tax will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every Petale Skin product. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Skincare products: May be returned even if opened, provided at least 50% of the product remains. We want you to truly try the product.
• Beauty tools and devices: Must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories included. For hygiene reasons, devices that have been used cannot be returned (except in the case of a manufacturing defect — see Warranty).
• Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked "non-returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email returns@petaleskin.com within 60 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for return.
2. Our customer care team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid USPS return label.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible, write the RMA number on the outside, and drop off at any USPS location.
4. Once received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days), we'll process your refund.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. The exact time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, manufacturing defect).

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different product or shade, subject to availability. Please contact us before sending the item back to confirm the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@petaleskin.com with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.

Device Warranty

All Petale Skin beauty devices (IPL, epilators, microcurrent wands, LED masks, sonic brushes, and trimmers) come with a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

What's Covered

• Electrical, mechanical, or material defects present at the time of manufacture.
• Issues that develop within 2 years of the original purchase date with proof of purchase.

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, water damage (on non-waterproof devices), or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear including blade dulling, battery degradation after 12 months of use, and cosmetic wear.
• Devices that have been modified or used commercially.

How to Claim

Email warranty@petaleskin.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. We'll respond within 1 business day. Approved claims are repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

General Skincare Safety

• Always perform a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin (such as the inner forearm) before applying any new product to your face.

• Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Active Ingredients (Retinol, AHAs, Vitamin C)

• Always wear broad-spectrum SPF 30+ during the day when using actives, as they can increase sun sensitivity.
• Pregnant or nursing? Avoid retinol and consult your healthcare provider before introducing new active ingredients.
• If you have a known skin condition (rosacea, eczema, severe acne), consult your dermatologist before use.

IPL & Beauty Device Safety

• IPL devices are not suitable for very dark skin tones (Fitzpatrick V–VI), pregnant or nursing individuals, or anyone with light-sensitive conditions.
• Do not use IPL on tattoos, moles, or sunburned skin.
• Always read the included user manual before first use.
• If you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, consult your physician before using microcurrent or IPL devices.
